Doritos Casserole with Chicken

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon garlic powder

10.5 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup

8 ounces Philadelphia Chive Whipped Cream Cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

8.75 ounces of canned corn

3 c Doritos, crumbled

3 c chicken, cooked, shredded

3 c shredded Mexican cheese blend

1/2 teaspoon pepper

A bunch of green onions, chopped

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Add the chicken soup and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.

Reserve about 1/4 cup of the green onions for later use and stir the rest into the bowl with the chicken soup.

Add garlic powder, drained canned corn, shredded chicken, 2 cups of shredded Mexican cheese blended, pepper, and salt.

Stir everything until well incorporated.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Scatter the crumbled Doritos on top, followed by the rest of the green onions and shredded cheese.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for 20 minutes or until done.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.

You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make this Parmesan Chicken Casserole! It only requires 6 basic ingredients which I’m pretty sure you already have! I always cook this on weekends when everyone is around. It’s kind of a family favorite. My kids just could not enough of it! I can’t blame them because it is indeed delicious! Ready in less than an hour, this recipe is worth all your time and effort! Serve it over rice or noodles. Try it now. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 c mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

1 tsp seasoning salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1 c shredded Parmesan cheese

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Add mayonnaise, seasoning salt, garlic powder, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and black pepper into a mixing bowl. Whisk everything until well incorporated.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking pan.

Lay the chicken breasts in the prepared baking pan and arrange them in a single layer.

Add the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly. Make sure to cover the top.

Scatter the shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts.

Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the chicken casserole for about 35 minutes or until done.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

I highly recommend serving this as is or over pasta or rice.

I am very excited to share this recipe with you today because I know that you are going to love it! It will only take you about an hour to prepare and cook this Taco Lasagna! Made with incredible ingredients, you will be amazed by how this could make your day complete! Invite everyone over and surprise them with this spectacular dish! Ingredients:

5 c shredded Mexican-style cheese

24 oz. mild Pace salsa

1 package of lasagna noodles

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 Egg

sour cream

diced tomatoes

15 oz. ricotta cheese

2 packages of taco seasoning

green onions

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Remove any accumulated fat from the meat.

Sprinkle the taco seasoning on top of the ground beef, then stir to coat. Remove the skillet from the stove.

Add ricotta cheese and eggs into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well incorporated.

Put the lasagna noodles into a baking dish and arrange them in a single layer. I used about 5 noodles.

Add ricotta mixture, followed by beef, 1/3 of salsa, and cheese over the noodles. Repeat the process until everything is arranged in layers ending with cheese. Cover the entire dish with foil.

Place it in the preheated oven and bake the lasagna for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes.

Top each serving with slices of tomato, green onions, and a dollop of sour cream.

Serve and enjoy!

You haven’t had the best lasagna if you haven’t tried this recipe yet! This Cowboy Lasagna is insanely delicious and very easy to prepare! This is a total family favorite! A must-try recipe, I’m telling you!

Ingredients:

One can of tomato soup – 10 3/4 ounces

One can of corn – 15.25 ounces

1 pound of ground beef

One package of tater tots – 32 ounces

Salt and Pepper to taste

Parsley – roughly 3 tablespoons, divided

Dried ground mustard – 3 teaspoons

Worcestershire sauce – a generous sprinkling

Mozzarella cheese – roughly 4 c

Minced onions – 4 tablespoons

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown. Add spices, stir and cook for a few more minutes. Discard any accumulated fat from the meat.

Add the can of corn and soup, then stir until well blended. Let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes.

Lay the tater tots into the prepared baking dish and arrange them in one layer.

Scatter about 2 cups of cheese over the tater tots. Make sure to cover them well.

Add the ground beef mixture on top of the cheese layer and spread it evenly.

Scatter the rest of the cheese, followed by 1 tablespoon of parsley on top of the meat layer.

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the lasagna for about 30 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow the lasagna to rest for at least 5 minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Garnish with fresh chopped chives

Garlic Salt

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 1/2 c grated mixed cheddar and Monterey jack cheese

1/2 a large onion, sliced thinly

1 lb. ground beef

Coarse Ground Black Pepper

6-8 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes, sliced thinly

Directions:

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-low. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown.

Add the minced garlic, then sauté for about a minute or just until aromatic.

Add the onions and potatoes, then cook for a few minutes as well until soft. Sprinkle garlic salt and pepper on top to season. Stir to combine.

Cover the skillet with the lid, then simmer everything for about 15 minutes. Remove the cover and stir again.

Remove the skillet from the stove and sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Cover the skillet again and allow the cheese to completely melt.

Sprinkle freshly chopped chives on top to garnish.

Serve and enjoy!

All you need for this recipe are simple ingredients, mainly, ground beef, flour, butter, broth, and seasonings. Ready in just 25 minutes, you will be so glad that gave this recipe a try! Ingredients:

1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 pound Ground Beef

4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

Salt/Pepper – to taste

4 tbsp Butter

Chopped Parsley

2 c Beef Broth

1 Sweet Onion – chopped

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:

Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown.

Add the onions, then sauté for about 2 minutes or until soft. Remove any accumulated grease. Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add flour, then whisk and cook for about a minute to remove the raw taste.

Add salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Stir everything until well incorporated and allow it to boil.

Turn the heat down to medium, then stir and simmer the mixture for a few minutes until the texture becomes thick.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.

Serve right away over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Notes:

Taste before adding more salt. Remember that the broth already has salt in it.

Ingredients:

1 c long-grain white rice

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

1 14.5-ounces can of beef broth

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 lb. lean ground beef

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 c finely diced celery

1 10.5-ounces can of cream of celery soup

1/2 tsp pepper

1 medium onion, finely diced

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown.

Add the garlic, then sauté for about a minute or just until aromatic. Sprinkle salt and pepper to season.

Add celery, red pepper flakes, and onion. Sauté for a few minutes until soft.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 1.5-quart casserole dish. Add soup and broth into a mixing bowl, then stir until well blended.

Pour the soup mixture into the skillet together with the rice. Stir everything until well incorporated. Transfer everything to the prepared casserole dish and cover it with foil.

Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about an hour.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Make sure not to remove the cover.

Sprinkle freshly chopped green onions on top to garnish.

Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 1.5-quart casserole dish. Add soup and broth into a mixing bowl, then stir until well blended.

Pour the soup mixture into the skillet together with the rice. Stir everything until well incorporated. Transfer everything to the prepared casserole dish and cover it with foil.

Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about an hour.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Make sure not to remove the cover.

Sprinkle freshly chopped green onions on top to garnish.

Serve warm. Enjoy!

Notes

You can use any type of cream soup for this recipe. Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.

How are you all doing? This recipe I am sharing today is kind of my personal favorite! This Farmhouse French Toast is super easy to make and very delicious! With just 8 ingredients, you can have to most satisfying breakfast ever! Take those plain and boring pieces of bread to the next level with this awesome recipe! I like eating this with some scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and of course, my favorite cup of coffee. I can’t function in the morning without coffee! Anyway, just follow these easy steps for they will guide you to perfection! Ready in just a few minutes, you will be so glad that you gave this recipe a try. It is simply the best! Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon white sugar

3 Eggs

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 c all-purpose flour

1 c milk

A pinch of salt

12 slices of thick bread

Directions:

Add 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour into a large mixing bowl.

Add salt, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Beat the ingredients until well incorporated.

Place the bread into the bowl with the egg mixture, then gently toss until completely soaked.

Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot. You can also melt butter if you prefer.

Place the coated bread into the hot pan, then fry each side for a few seconds or until they turn golden brown and toasted.

Transfer the Farmhouse French Toast onto a clean serving plate. Repeat the process with the rest of the bread slices.

Serve right away with some scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Enjoy!

Chicken and Green Bean Stir Fry

Chicken and green beans in one dish, it doesn’t get any better than that! This recipe is a must-try! I promise you that lunch or dinner is going to be awesome. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Chicken:

¼ c vegetable oil, plus 2 tbsp or more as needed

3 tablespoons cornstarch

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into cubes

Vegetables:

¼ teaspoon ginger (optional)

2 bell peppers, sliced

1 c steamed green beans in a bag

½ tablespoon garlic cloves, minced

Seasonings:

1 teaspoon garlic powder (add more for taste)

1 ¼ c sweet chili Sauce

⅛ teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions:

Add garlic powder, 1 tbsp oil, pepper, and salt into a large bowl. Whisk everything until well incorporated. Put the chicken thighs and toss to coat. Sprinkle cornstarch and toss again to coat the chicken. Remove any excess starch.

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add 3 tbsp of vegetable oil and allow it to become hot.

Add 1/2 of the prepared chicken thighs into the hot skillet, then cook each side for a few minutes until they turn golden brown.

Transfer the chicken onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Repeat the process with the rest of the chicken thighs.

In the same empty skillet, add the bell peppers and sauté for a few minutes until soft.

Add the garlic, then sauté for about a minute or just until aromatic. Put the chicken back into the skillet together with red peppers, ginger, sesame oil, green beans, and chili sauce. Toss to combine.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Make sure to pat dry the chicken thighs before seasoning them.

I highly suggest serving this over rice.

Feel free to use canned green beans or steamed beans for this recipe.

Best Ever Gingerbread Cookies

The best indeed! These Gingerbread Cookies have always been a part of my family since forever! I got this recipe from my grams. I am so grateful to her for this! The best thing about these delicious treats is that they are very easy to make. All you need are these simple ingredients. Mainly, eggs, cocoa powder, ground ginger, cinnamon, flour, and a lot more! I can’t count how many times these cookies made my friends and loved ones very happy! Okay, enough with the long introduction. It is time to go to your kitchen and start prepping! Invite your friends over and surprise them with these treats. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1/2 c granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 Egg

1/4 c molasses

1/2 c brown sugar

1 3/4 c flour

1/2 c vegetable oil

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

In a mixing bowl, add molasses, egg, oil, and sugars. Whisk everything until well incorporated. If the texture becomes too thick, add a bit of water.

Shape the mixture into 1.5-inch balls. Roll each and toss with coarse sugar to coat.

Cover the inside of a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and arrange them in a single layer. Make sure to leave a small space between each dough.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the balls for about 10 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:
