Quick, easy, and delicious! These three words best describe my experience with this Easy Hamburger Gravy! All you need for this recipe are simple ingredients, mainly, ground beef, flour, butter, broth, and seasonings. Ready in just 25 minutes, you will be so glad that gave this recipe a try! I highly recommend serving this over rice, cooked pasta, or mashed potatoes for the best experience! Anyway, I hope you all love this recipe. See you at the next one. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 pound Ground Beef

4 tbsp All-Purpose Flour

Salt/Pepper – to taste

4 tbsp Butter

Chopped Parsley

2 c Beef Broth

1 Sweet Onion – chopped

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:

Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown.

Add the onions, then sauté for about 2 minutes or until soft. Remove any accumulated grease. Add butter and allow it to melt.

Add flour, then whisk and cook for about a minute to remove the raw taste.

Add salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Stir everything until well incorporated and allow it to boil.

Turn the heat down to medium, then stir and simmer the mixture for a few minutes until the texture becomes thick.

Remove the pan from the heat.

Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top to garnish.

Serve right away over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!

Notes:

Taste before adding more salt. Remember that the broth already has salt in it.

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
