3 tbsp olive oil

4 boneless pork chops

2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a glass baking dish.

Step 2: With 2 tbsp olive oil, drizzle both sides of the pork chops.

Step 3: Place the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Mix well until combined. Then, dredge the pork chops, one at a time until completely coated with the mixture.

Step 4: In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil. Place the pork chops in the skillet once the oil is hot and sear for about 5 minutes per side.

If you are always in the mood for pasta and craving cheeseburgers, this delicious Hamburger Casserole will do the trick!

INGREDIENTS

1 pound of ground beef

1 pound medium shell pasta

1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, grated

1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste, or seasoned salt

2 (10 ounces each) cans of tomato soup

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. Ready a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Grease and set aside.

Thick, chewy, and delicious oatmeal chocolate chip cookie bars. These tasty treat has been my favorite for years! I love to bring them to potlucks and make a huge batch for parties. These cookie bars have all the amazing flavors of chocolate chip cookies. These are sweet-tooth-satisfying and incredibly easy to whip up. These cookie bars will stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature or up to 7 to 10 days when stored in the fridge. You can also freeze these bars for up to 3 months.

Ingredients

2 large eggs

1 c. butter, room temperature

1/2 c. granulated sugar

1 c. light brown sugar, packed

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

2 c. chocolate chips, semi-sweet, milk chocolate, or a little of both!

2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats

How to make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Alternatively, you can line the pan with parchment paper.

Step 2: Place the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth and light. Then, add the eggs, one at a time, beating every after each addition. Lastly, stir in the vanilla.

Step 3: Place the dry ingredients (salt, baking soda, baking powder, flour, and rolled oats) in another bowl. Mix well until blended.

Step 4: To the creamed mixture, add the dry ingredients. Mix well until incorporated, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5: Into the prepared pan, transfer and press the cookie dough. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the top of the bar is golden brown. Remove from the oven when done and let it cool fully.

Step 6: Cut into squares. Enjoy!

Note:

Butter Pecan Slice and Bake Cookies

I am in love with these Butter Pecan Slice and Bake Cookies! They are insanely easy to throw together using just seven ingredients. Super delicious, buttery shortbread cookies that are packed with crunchy pecans. Then, half of the cookie is dipped and coated in chocolate for that appealing look.

Ingredients

1 large egg, at room temperature

1 c. pecans, shelled

1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 and 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

4 oz. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

8 oz. quality chocolate, chopped

1 tsp vanilla, optional

How to make Butter Pecan Slices and Bake Cookies

Step 1: In a small bowl, place the pecans and cover them with water. Set the pecans aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, drain the pecans well. On a paper towel, transfer the drained pecans.

Step 2: Place the butter and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed until you have a pale and fluffy mixture. You can also do this in a large bowl, using a handheld electric mixer. Then, add the egg and beat until blended. Next, add the flour along with the cinnamon, pecans, and vanilla (optional). Beat again until well mixed. At this point, you should have a stiff dough.

Step 3: On a clean work surface, sprinkle 2 tbsp of flour. Onto the surface, scrape the cookie dough, and knead for 30 seconds. In half, divide the dough. Roll each half into a log that is about 2-inch in diameter. In a plastic wrap, tightly wrap each log and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 5 days.

Step 4: Prepare the oven when ready to bake. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Using parchment paper or a Silpat baking mat, line a large baking sheet.

Step 5: On a cutting board, place the dough. Slice the logs into 1/4-inch rounds using a sharp knife. On the prepared baking sheet, place the cookies about half-inch apart. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden. When done, take the cookies out of the oven and place them on a cooling rack to cool for at least 15 minutes.

Step 6: Meanwhile, prep the chocolate frosting. In a double boiler or microwave, heat the chopped chocolate until completely melted and smooth.

Step 7: Into the melted chocolate, dip each cookie halfway, and place them back on the baking sheet. Then, sprinkle with sea salt or extra chopped pecans. Let the chocolate set. You are welcome to plate the cookies in the fridge to speed up the process. Serve the cookies once the chocolate frosting is set with tea, coffee, or by itself. Enjoy!

I am obsessed with the cakey crisp top of this cobbler with molten fudginess laying below. The lave-like chocolate surprise when you spoon it into it is crazy! This Southern Chocolate Cobbler is the ultimate, most decadent cobbler I’ve had in years! Fudgy chocolate with gooey molten bottom and impressive cakey, crispy chocolate top. I can never have enough chocolate in my life! I love to serve a slice of this cobbler with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for that extra layer of goodness!

Ingredients

BATTER:

2 c. all-purpose flour

4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 c. unsalted butter

1 c. milk

1/4 tsp salt

2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar

TOPPING:

1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder

2 c. granulated sugar

Vanilla ice cream, for serving

3 c. boiling water

This dish is perfect if you want something easy and quick on your table. The bonus is this dish is super healthy, too!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Butter, unsalted

6 ounces Cream cheese, softened

1 pound of Sliced mushrooms

3 Large eggs,

1 teaspoon Seasoning salt

2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons Minced garlic

Parmesan cheese for garnish

Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

These are the juiciest, most tender pork chops! These chops are coated with amazing flavor that sinks deep into the meat. Make this no-fuss Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes in your Crockpot at home, anytime with this easy recipe.

Ingredients

6 (about 1-1 ½” thick) Bone-In Pork Chops

1/2 c. Olive Oil

3 pounds Red Potatoes – quartered

3 cloves of garlic – chopped

4 tablespoons Dry Ranch Seasoning (two 1-oz. packets)

1 onion – sliced

3 tablespoons Salted Butter – cut into 6 pieces

2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar

How to make Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes

Step 1: Using oil, grease the bottom of a crockpot. To the bottom, place the quartered potatoes.

Step 2: Into a shallow dish, pour 1 packet of the ranch. Pat dry the chops, then dredge them one by one in the ranch powder.

Step 3: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a heavy skillet (cast-iron) over medium/high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the pork chops to the skillet and sear for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until brown. Once done, place the chops over the potatoes in the crockpot.

Step 4: If needed, add a little more oil to the same skillet. Place the onions and stir for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Slightly reduce the heat if the onions are browning too quickly. Stir in the garlic and continue to cook for another 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture to the crockpot over the chops. Then, scrape any bits from the bottom of the pan and add them to the crockpot.

Step 5: Place the olive oil, ranch seasoning packet, and apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Mix well until combined, then pour this over the potatoes and pork chops. On top, place the pats of butter.

Step 6: Set to cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or 3 hours on high. Once the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F, the meat is done. If needed, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes:

For this recipe, avoid leaner cuts and boneless pork. For best results, use pork chops with slight fat and good marbling. They yield more tender and juicier meat.

DO NOT SKIP searing the meat. It helps seal the juices and flavor.

Keep any leftovers in an airtight container and store them in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days. Or freeze for up to 2 months.

Every family has its go-to dinners. As for mine, our favorite is this easy Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp. Whenever we want something easy and quick on the table, we always turn to this delicious baked shrimp. Lemony, garlicky, buttery, and crispy shrimp – a simple weeknight dinner yet super delightful and a true winner!

Easily make this magic crispy baked shrimp in under thirty minutes using just a couple of basic ingredients. This baked shrimp is yet another incredible dish excellent for busy days.

Ingredients

SHRIMP:

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

Juice from one lemon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 c. dry white wine

1/4 tsp black pepper

4 tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, melted and divided

TOPPING:

2 tbsp butter, melted

3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs

Fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, finely grated

How to make Magic Crispy Baked Shrimp

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.

Step 2: Into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour the wine and 2 tbsp melted butter. Put in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced.

Step 3: In a bowl, place the rest of the butter along with the garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Then, add the shrimp and toss well to coat.

Step 4: Place the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and 2 tbsp melted butter in another bowl. Mix well until combined.

Step 5: Take the baking dish out of the oven. In a single layer, spread the shrimp out. On top, sprinkle the breadcrumb topping. Return the baking dish to the oven and bake the shrimp for about 12 minutes until opaque but still pink.

Step 6: To encourage browning, broil the shrimp for 2 minutes on high.

Step 7: Remove the shrimp from the oven when done and serve right away garnished with some fresh parsley. Enjoy!

5-Minute Million Dollar Dip

Made with only five ingredients and ready in a snap, you are sure to hit the jackpot with this Million Dollar dip! Deliciously addicting and always a big hit, this dip is no doubt a crowd favorite. You can have this ready in a breeze without breaking a sweat. This dip is made with mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, bacon, bits, almonds, and onions. Simply mix the five ingredients and make sure to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

This recipe is excellent as is. But if you want to make some simple substitutions, you can! If you are not a fan of mayonnaise, you can swap it with Greek yogurt or sour cream. Although, in my opinion, mayonnaise is the best option and the heart that brings this dip together. Feel free to use your favorite mayonnaise brand. If you are going to ask me what’s my favorite part of this dip, of course, it is the slivered almonds. They not only add another layer of flavor but the perfect crunch to this dip. For great results, use only freshly shredded cheese. As we all know the ones in a bag won’t mix well. For an extra burst of flavor, you are welcome to add either garlic, homemade ranch, or even Italian seasoning.

Ingredients

8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)

1½ c. mayonnaise

5 green onions (chopped)

½ c. slivered almonds (cut)

½ c. real bacon bits

How to make a 5-Minute Million Dollar Dip
