1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 large Egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1.5-pound ground beef

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 1/2 c beef broth

1 c milk

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the meatballs chill for at least 10 minutes.

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add a bit of oil and allow it to become hot.

Add the meatballs into the hot skillet, then cook each side for a few minutes until they turn brown.

Remove the meatballs from the skillet, then put them onto a clean plate.

In the same skillet, add butter and allow it to melt. Add flour, then whisk and cook for a minute to remove the raw taste.
