THE BEST GARLIC BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN RECIPE EVER

The best indeed! This Garlic Baked Pork Tenderloin is all you need! It is a great recipe to try. Dinner with your friends and loved ones are going to be fantastic with this incredible dish. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons butter, sliced into 4-6 pats

2 pounds of pork tenderloin

2 tablespoons diced garlic

1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon dried basil

OR 2 tablespoons Italian Herb Seasoning Blend

1/2 teaspoon dried sage

1 tablespoon Celtic Sea salt and fresh cracked pepper

1 bottle Italian Salad Dressing (optional marinade)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Line the inside of a baking sheet with foil.

Add basil, sage, parsley, oregano, thyme, and garlic into a mixing bowl. Whisk everything until well incorporated.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over the meat, then rub it to coat.

Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium. Add oil and allow it to become hot. Add the meat, then sear each side for a few minutes until brown. Transfer it onto the prepared baking sheet.

Sprinkle the herb mix on top of the meat, then toss to coat. Top with pats of butter and wrap it with foil.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the tenderloin for about 25 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes to incorporate all the flavors. Slice into small cuts.

Serve and enjoy!

Notes:

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. They can last up to 3 days or 3 months in the freezer. Reheat for a few minutes before serving again.
