This is another fun way to serve our favourite taco. A nice twist that everyone and the kids will unquestionably enjoy. The filling is made with salsa, cheese, and taco meat, then stuffed into the big pasta shells. Sounds like a bit of work but trust me you can throw this together in minutes!

If you are looking for an easy weeknight dinner, this is it! Prep this in just five minutes with six ingredients, poop in the oven, and you’ll have these delicious Taco Stuffed Shells on your dinner table in no more than thirty minutes! Fast, right not to mention easy. Plus, you can make this in advance, simply store it in the fridge or freeze. It is no doubt why this straightaway has become my favourite and go-to. Feel free to swap some of the ingredients if desired. I tried using Velveeta or nacho cheese instead of the shredded cheddar and it was amazing! Have a blast with this incredible recipe! I am pretty sure you’ll love it as we do.

Ingredients

12 oz. Jumbo pasta shells

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

2/3 c. water

1 1/2 c. jarred salsa divided

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese divided

How to make Taco Stuffed Shells

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the pasta shells in a pot. Drain when done and set aside.

Step 3: To the pot, add the ground beef and cook until well browned. When done, drain the grease. Add in the taco seasoning, pour in the water, and stir. Continue to cook until the liquid has been absorbed. Then, stir in a cup of salsa followed by 3/4 cup of cheese.

Step 4: In the jumbo shells, scoop the mixture and top with the rest of the salsa and cheese. After all the shells are stuffed, place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, covered.
