SLOW COOKER DR. PEPPER BBQ RIBS

This lip-smacking, very scrumptious slow cooker Dr Pepper BBQ Ribs is made with only three ingredients!t is an incredibly delicious hack for when you are craving summer grilling with slow-cooked pork ribs are baked until caramelized. You do not need to turn the grill on, just add the pork ribs and Dr Pepper soda to your slow cooker and leave the ribs to cook. Before baking, brush the pork ribs with your favourite BBQ sauce mixed with the rest of the Dr Pepper soda and bake until caramelized. These bbq ribs are perfect all year round and are very straightforward. This guarantees that sick-to-your-ribs goodness that is to die for!

I am pretty sure everyone will love these finger-licking-good BBQ pork ribs. This seriously tender pork ribs will be the best dinner you’ll ever have! Not to mention, these slow cooker Dr Pepper BBQ Ribs is excellent for every season, and it is economical!

INGREDIENTS

2 cans Dr Pepper soda, divided

4.5 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs

3/4 c. BBQ sauce (use your favourite)

HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER DR. PEPPER BBQ RIBS

Step 1: In the bottom of a slow cooker, place the ribs. Pour over 1 can of soda. Put the lid on and set to cook the on low for 7 hours or 4 hours on high.

Step 2: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.

Step 3: Using foil, cover the cookie sheet. On top, place a wire rack.

Step 4: Mix 3/4 cup BBQ sauce and half cup Dr Pepper soda until well blended.

Step 5: Remove the ribs carefully from the slow cooker and transfer them to a rack. Brush the tops of the ribs with sauce. Place in the preheated oven and bake the ribs for about 15 minutes. Flip the ribs and brush the other side with the sauce. Continue baking for additional 15 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from the oven when done and serve the ribs with the remaining sauce. Enjoy!
