I love this recipe. It’s easy to whip up with a few simple ingredients. I have always been a fan of slow cooker recipes but this is the very first dessert recipe I made in a slow cooker. Delicious Apple Pudding Cake that’s perfect for everybody!
Treat yourself to the perfect fall dessert. Moist, fluffy cake with chunks of fresh tender apples in each bite. And this smell so amazing, you’ll want more! Pair this with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream and make it crazy delicious. If you have not tried slow cooker dessert, this is a pretty nice recipe to start.

Ingredients
2 c. (500grams) all-purpose flour
2/3 c. (160grams) plus 1/4 c. (60grams) granulated sugar, divided
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c. (125grams) unsalted butter, cold
1 c. (250 ml) milk
4 apples, peeled, cored, and diced
1 ½ c. (370 ml) freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 c. (125grams) clear honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp ground cinnamon
How to make Slow Cooker Apple Pudding Cake
Step 1: Combine the all-purpose flour, 2/3 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Step 2: Into the flour mixture, cut the cold butter until you have coarse crumbs. Whisk in the milk until moist.
Step 3: Using nonstick cooking spray, grease the bottom and sides of a slow cooker. In the bottom, spoon the batter, evenly spreading it out, and top with diced apples.
Step 4: Place the orange juice, honey, remaining sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon in a medium-sized bowl. Stir well, then pour this over the apples.
Step 5: On the opening of the crockpot, place a paper towel, then cover with the lid. Press high-heat setting and set the timer to 2 to 3 hours.
