INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons butter, melted

4 ounces crab meat, chopped

1 c. cooked shrimp, chopped

1/3 c. green onion, finely chopped

1/3 c. mayonnaise

4 ounces cream cheese, room temp

2 ½ tablespoons Parmesan cheese

1 c. shredded (four) cheeses or your favourite cheese

2 tablespoons fresh dill

12 phyllo sheets

salt & pepper

How to make Seafood Phyllo Cups Appetizers

Step 1: Grease a mini muffin pan with baking spray and set it aside.

Step 2: Into small pieces, chop the shrimp and crab. Grab the green onion and dill, then chop them finely.

Step 3: To a bowl, add the ingredients except for the phyllo sheets and melted butter. Mix well until combined and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: Lay the phyllo sheets on top of another, then slice them into four strips. Cut each strip into three.

Step 5: For one phyllo cup, you need to layout the first square with two thin sheets. Add the second square on top, then the third strip after it. In a phyllo cup, you need a total of 6 squares.

Step 6: Place the stack you just created into the mini muffin. Do the same for the rest of the phyllo sheets. Brush each phyllo sheet cup generously with melted butter, then add the seafood mixture.

Step 7: Place the pan in a 355 degrees oven and bake the seafood phyllo cups for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the phyllo sheets are golden and the cheese has melted.
