If you are looking for a festive meal to serve to family and friends, this Puff Pastry Wrapped Pork Tenderloin is a must! This easy recipe only needs a few ingredients, fifteen minutes to prep, and it’s ready in under an hour. Incredibly tender and juicy meat with Parmesan and ham to cut the sweetness of the sauteed onions all wrapped in a puff pastry. The perfect main dish, super impressive, and crazy delicious!

My friends came over a few days ago. Since I want to impress them with my cooking skills, I made this. Not that this is challenging to make but this is so good, I just have to share this with them! And they loved it as expected.

1 pork tenderloin 1lb (450g)

1 puff pastry sheet
