This oven-roasted turkey breast is your perfect companion for small gatherings, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If planning a simple dinner for a small crowd, this turkey dish is perfect! The ingredients you need are just pantry essentials. No fancy and hard to pronounce ingredients. And for that deeply browned top, I suggest covering the turkey breast with foil in the last thirty minutes or so of baking.

Ingredients
1/2 c. Unsalted Butter – softened
4-5 pounds Bone-In, Skin-On Whole Turkey Breast
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Sage
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Crushed Dried Rosemary
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
Fresh Rosemary and Thyme
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Cracked Pepper
How to make Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Combine the butter with garlic powder, onion powder, sage, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well blended.
Step 3: Into a greased roasting dish, place the turkey. Pull the skin from the breast, then rub under the skin half of the butter mixture. On top, smear the rest of the butter. Encircle the turkey with lemon wedges and fresh herbs.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and roast for about 2 to 3 hours or until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the turkey breast reached 165 degrees F. While roasting, baste the turkey with the juices 1 to 2 times.
Step 5: Once the turkey reaches the desired brown colour, cover it with foil.
