Fork-tender pork chops baked in a full of luscious flavour sauce. This homemade goodness will change your meal game for real!

Ingredients

If cooking 2 pieces of pork chops make the recipe as is. Or 4 chops, double the recipe, 6 chops triple the recipe

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp ketchup

How to make Oven Baked Pork Chop

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees.

Step 2: In a medium bowl, place the sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, and ketchup). Whisk to combine.

Pork Chops:

Step 1: In a baking dish, lay the pork chops and pour half of the sauce over. Use foil to cover the dish, place inside the preheated oven, and bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 2: Drain the juice from the pan after 30 minutes.

Step 3: Drizzle the rest of the sauce on the entire chops. Place in the oven again and bake for another 30 minutes, uncovered. To evenly brown both sides of the pork chops, flip them once during the last 30 minutes.

Spare Ribs:

Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 425 degrees.

Step 2: In a baking dish, place the spare ribs. Make sure to double the sauce. Pour half over the entire spare ribs. Grab a foil and cover the dish.

Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for an hour or until tender.

Step 4: Discard the liquid, then pour over the rest of the sauce. Bake for another 30 minutes, uncovered. Make sure to check the ribs as they brown quickly. Flip to complete the baking time.
