2 (5.2 ounces) cubes of garlic Boursin cream cheese
16 ounces elbow macaroni cooked and drained
3 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper
2 c. shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
HOW TO MAKE OMG MAC AND CHEESE
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Set aside a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 3: Heat the cream, Boursin, and cream cheese in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until melted. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat well.
Step 5: Into the prepared pan, pour the mixture, then top with cheddar jack cheese.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and bubbly.
