1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon-flavored instant pudding
1 can mountain dew soda
4 large eggs
powdered sugar(enough for a glaze )
1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
milk (just enough to be able to spread)
3/4 cup oil
How to Make Mountain Dew Pound Cake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 325 degrees.
Step 2: Then, lightly grease and flour a 10 cup bundt pan.
Step 3: Combine the cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl. Stir in the soda, oil, and eggs. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture at medium speed until smooth.
step 4: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and place it inside the preheated oven.
Step 5: bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and allow the cake cool on a wire rack.
Step 7: Meanwhile, combine the powdered sugar, a teaspoon of lemon juice, and add in milk until you reach spreading consistency. Glaze the cake while still warm.
