This Keto-friendly crockpot crack chicken is one of my family’s favourite dinners. It is made with six ingredients combined to create a creamy and cheese chicken meal! Serve this to your whole family and I’m one hundred per cent sure that they will love it!
Lately, I have been obsessing over crockpot and low-carb recipes. My mom is staying with us now, so I have to make sure to whip up healthy meals to suit her needs and also best for my family. This is also excellent because I do not have to spend too much time in the kitchen. All I need to do is prep the ingredients, dump the ingredients in the pot, and set them to cook for a few hours. Shredding the chicken is so easy using two forks, and the rest of the preparation takes a breeze to make! Serve this crack chicken by itself, pair it with a side salad, or in lettuce wraps.
Ingredients
8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
2 lbs of defrosted chicken breasts
1 Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet
½ c. chicken broth
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
8 ounces package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese cut into chunks
How to make Keto Crack Chicken in the Crock-Pot
Step 1: To your slow cooker, add the chicken broth. Add the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning packet and stir until blended. Lastly, add the defrosted chicken breasts.
Step 2: Put the lid on and cook the chicken on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.
Step 3: Shred the chicken using two forks after the cooking time has ended.
Step 4: To the skillet, add the chunks of the Philadelphia Cream Cheese along with the bacon and shredded cheddar. Mix well until the ingredients are incorporated.
Step 5: Replace the lid and continue to cook for another to 10 minutes until the cream cheese has melted.
