Ingredients
2 pounds sirloin steak, Ribeye, or porterhouse- cut into bite-size cubes
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 c. beef broth
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
5 tbsp butter
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
How to make Juicy Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a large semi-deep skillet over high heat.
Step 2: With salt, pepper, onion powder, and brown sugar, season the cubed steaks. Once the oil is very hot, drop the cubed steaks in the skillet in a single layer and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring.
Step 3: Take the skillet away from the heat before adding in the garlic, parsley and butter, and the broth. Mix well, then place back on the stove. Cook for another 4 minutes over low heat.
Step 4: Serve immediately. Enjoy!
