1 pound turkey breast cutlets
1/4 c. panko bread crumbs
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp olive oil
How to make Garlic Parmesan Turkey Cutlets
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
Step 3: Meanwhile, place the bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and parsley in a shallow dish or plate. Whisk well until the ingredients are combined. Dip the turkey cutlets in the mixture, dredge, and coat evenly by gently patting both sides.
Step 4: To the hot oil, place the cutlets and cook each side for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. To a king sheet, transfer the browned cutlets, then bake in the preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until completely cooked.
