Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop Recipe

Ingredients

6 boneless pork loin chops, about 1/2-inch thick

salt and pepper

1 c. Italian breadcrumbs

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

2 large eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt

How to make Garlic Parmesan Pork Chop

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: To taste, season the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Step 3: In a shallow dish, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.

Step 4: In beaten eggs, dip the pork chops, then dredge them in the breadcrumb mixture.

Step 5: Melt the butter in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops to the skillet and sear until both sides are golden brown.

Step 6: Shift in the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for about 5 to 10 minutes until the internal temperature reads 140 degrees F.

Step 7: Remove the pork chops from the oven and allow them to rest for at least 3 minutes.

Step 8: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

In place of pork chops, you can use thinly sliced chicken breast instead. Cook the breast until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F.
