French Onion Beef Casserole

This is another amazing casserole filled with beef, French onion dip, and noodles. It’s so good, make sure to not miss it for the world!

I love comforting, delicious meals that I can make using just a few simple ingredients, and I can whip them up in no time. They are a lifesaver and excellent for busy moms like myself, like this French Onion Beef Casserole. It’s packed with flavour, family, and kid-friendly, and super fast to throw together. As we all know, everybody loves a good casserole. Each one of us has our favourites and go-to. As for me, this casserole has been of my top ten favourites. I serve this with any side vegetables and garlic bread for a simple yet filling and delicious meal that my family enjoys.

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef

10 oz. dried egg noodles

1 c. French’s fried onions

1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip

2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup

How to make French Onion Beef Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using a nonstick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water. Drain the egg noodles when done.

Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking the meat as it cooks until browned. Drain the excess grease once done.

Step 4: To the skillet with the beef, add the soups and French onion dip. Stir well, then gently fold in the cooked egg noodles.

Step 5: Into the prepared pan, pour the mixture and evenly sprinkle with fried onions. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until completely heated.

Step 6: Serve the casserole warm. Enjoy!
