For Provolone, you can use your favourite cheese. Pepper jack, cheddar or white cheddar can be chosen and any other cheese that suits your preference. Just ensure that the necessary amount is followed for the same results.

Ingredients:
1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce or to taste
8 slices provolone cheese
1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Directions:
Start the procedure with the oven preheating to 400F. Line a sheet with a paper parchment.
Separate each biscuit into two layers. Spread the sauce on each layer. A sheet of provolone and roast beef for the top half of the layers of biscuit. Top the meat and cheese, pinch the edges to seal with remaining biscuit layers. Place on the baker’s board.
Bake until golden brown for about 12 to 15 minutes.
During baking, prepare the Au Jus Gravy mix following the directions of the package.
