3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons flour

Step 3: To the pan, add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese. Mix well until completely incorporated.
Step 4: Once the pasta is done, drain and quickly run it under cold water.
Step 5: Add the pasta once the sauce has thickened. Toss well until the noodles are coated. Pour in the reserved pasta water and mix well.
Step 6: Remove from the heat when done. Serve the Fettuccini Alfredo garnished with extra salt, pepper, freshly grated Parmesan, and parsley. Enjoy!
