Pair these with chicken, my favourite beef, and broccoli or simply dip in some sweet and sour sauce and enjoy by itself.

With just a few simple steps and easy to find ingredients you will be able to throw these bad boys together in no time. And you are welcome to modify this recipe to your liking. You can even use any meat and veggies or try different variations.
Ingredients
1 package egg roll wrappers
3 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 package coleslaw mix
salt & pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil

HOW TO MAKE EGG ROLL
Step 1: In a pan, saute the coleslaw with a bit of olive oil until limp.
Step 2: Add in the shredded chicken breast and stir for a couple of minutes until all mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: In the middle of the egg roll wrapper, add the slaw and chicken mixture. One at a time, fold the sides up. Add a bit of water to the last fold to make it stick.
Step 4: Place the egg rolls in a pan and fry until golden brown.
Step 5: Enjoy with your fave dipping sauce, such as Sweet and Sour sauce.
