Ingredients
Filling:
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. whipping topping
1 c. crushed pineapple
Crust:
½ c. melted butter
20 Graham crackers, crushed
½ c. granulated sugar
Topping:
¼ c. diced pineapples, drained
¼ c. shredded coconut
HOW TO MAKE NO-BAKE PINEAPPLE DREAM DESSERT
Filling:
Step 1: In a medium-sized bowl, place the cream cheese and mix using an electric mixer until fluffy. Next, slowly add in the powdered sugar, mixing until blended. Then, add the whipping topping and beat until fluffy. Lastly, fold in the crushed pineapples. Set aside.
Crust:
Step 2: In a small bowl, add the crushed Graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well until blended.
Step 3: Into a 9 x 9-inch baking dish, pat the crust mixture. On top, spoon the filling and smooth it out using a spatula.
Step 4: Over the filling, spread the shredded coconut and diced pineapples.
Step 5: Place the dessert in the fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.
Step 6: Slice and serve. Enjoy!
Tips:
For this recipe, use only (salted/unsalted) butter and not margarine.
You are welcome to use homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip. Just remember that homemade whipped cream won’t hold up like Cool Whip.
