EASY BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS

If you are always worried about dinner, then these easy-baked boneless pork chops are another worthy addition to your weeknight meal. You can make this using just a few simple ingredients, you might already have handy, plus this is ready in no time! When you find no inspiration but still want to whip up a great, tasty meal, this recipe is all you need! It’s perfect for the busy weeknights, lazy days, and the entire family with any of your preferred side dishes such as roasted potatoes, salad, roasted vegetables, etc.

INGREDIENTS

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

8 boneless pork chops count 2/person

1 medium onion sliced julienne

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 1/2 c. red wine your preference

3-4 garlic cloves sliced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: On a 9 x 13-inch baking pan (or a pan big enough to cater the meat in a single layer). Lay the pork chops in one layer and generously sprinkle all sides with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.

Step 3: Toss the sliced onion with the meat. Add the chopped garlic followed by the oil and red wine.

Step 4: Tightly tent the baking dish using aluminium foil. Place in the preheated oven and bake the meat for about 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reached 145 degrees F.

Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and serve the pork chops with roasted potatoes, salad, roasted vegetables, or any of your favourite side dishes. Enjoy!
