2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla sugar
3 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
6 large apples – peeled, cored, and sliced
3 ½ tbsp water
How to make Delicious Cinnamon Baked Apples
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Step 2: Use butter to grease a large baking dish.
Step 3: In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Step 4: Into the prepared baking dish, layer around 1/3 of the apples. Sprinkle over about 1/3 of the sugar mixture. Do the same layers three times.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 6: Over the apples, pour the water, and bake for another 15 minutes until tender.
