Creamy Baked Tilapia Spinach Recipe

Looking for the easiest seafood dinner? This recipe is ready in under fifteen minutes from start to finish. Incredibly creamy, cheesy, and loaded with spinach, I am pretty sure this dish will become your family’s new favourite.

Layer everything in the casserole, no precooking needed, just pop in the oven raw and bake for a few minutes. Excellent for busy weeknights, busy parents like myself, and perfect for the entire family. Throw this together in just a couple of minutes and it is ready in no time! Ingredients

Baked Spinach and Tilapia:

5 tilapia fillets 1lb

8 ounces fresh spinach

3 tablespoons butter sliced

1 c. Monterey jack cheese (shredded)

CREAMY SAUCE:

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic crushed

1 teaspoon old bay seasoning

1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

How to make Creamy Baked Tilapia Spinach

Step 1: Onto the bottom of a baking dish, pack the spinach and top with the slices of butter, then layer over the fish fillets.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic, old bay seasoning, adobo seasoning, black pepper, and salt) and spread this evenly on top of the casserole.

Step 3: Sprinkle the cheese on top. Place in a 500 degrees F preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
