A no-fuss that requires little to no effort to make. Simply throw everything in the slow and leave it to cook. A super simple dish with wonderful flavour perfects to serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. And don’t forget to spoon that extra gravy over.

1 (3 lbs) beef brisket
2 (12 oz.) bottles chilli sauce
1 (1 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
2 teaspoons garlic powder
How to make Cousin David’s Slow Cooker Brisket
Step 1: Into a slow cooker, add the beef brisket.
Step 2: Combine the chilli sauce, onion soup mix, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Then, pour this over the brisket.
Step 3: Cover the slow cooker with the lid and set it on low. Cook the brisket for 8 to 10 hours.
Step 4: Against the grain, slice the brisket once done cooking and pour the gravy over the slices.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
