I have never heard of Chicken Pamplona before. I remembered my best friend bubbling about it when we get together a few weeks ago. She said, it is super good, and I have to try it very soon. I went home, and I googled it. I immediately was intrigued, then decided to grab these simple, few ingredients from the list (these ingredients are just pantry essential,s so I have them in my storage all the time!). I was able to throw this together in no time, and I am not even surprised that my family loved this chicken Pamplona! From then, this has become my family’s new favourite! This Pamplona salad is a perfect pair for Chimichurri and Shaved fennel and celery salad. If you have not heard about it, I understand. But, I assure you that you should not miss this easy and flavour-packed chicken Pamplona. This is excellent not only for an easy and quick weeknight dinner but also for entertaining even date nights! I served this to my friends a couple of times already for our simple (impromptu) get-together, and they enjoy every bit!
