1/2 cup milk
1 8-ounces package Mozzarella cheese slices
2 cups dry stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter melted
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
How to make Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Add the milk and cream of chicken soup to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix well.
Step 3: In an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish, place the chicken breasts and pour over the chicken soup mixture. On top, layer the cheese and sprinkle with the stuffing. Then, over the stuffing, pour the butter.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about an hour until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is golden brown.
