She has her stuffing recipes but when I introduced this to her, she lost her mind! So simple and a freaking easy Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole. She loved this quickly and have been making this many times now.
We invited some friends over last Holiday to make up for the long time we were in quarantine. Served this to them along with our favourite dish, and they immediately fell head over heels with this amazing casserole.

INGREDIENTS
1 10.75-ounces can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 8-ounces package Mozzarella cheese slices
2 cups dry stuffing mix
1/2 cup butter melted
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
How to make Cheesy Chicken Stuffing Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Combine the milk and cream of chicken soup in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Step 3: In an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish, place the chicken breasts. Over the chicken breasts, pour the chicken soup mixture, then layer the cheese on top.
Step 4: Sprinkle over the stuffing.
Step 5: Over the stuffing, pour the butter.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about an hour or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the stuffing is golden brown.
