This is the perfect healthy family-friendly dinner. With loads of veggies, this spicy, super flavorful Cajun chicken is crazy delicious and takes only thirty minutes to make from prep to cooking.

A simple meal that’s packed with flavour and mouthwatering. Easy and quick to throw together and excellent for busy days. Loaded with protein and fibre, this recipe by far is one of the simplest chicken dinners in history!

If you love the smokey, rustic, and spicy flavour of Cajun seasoning, I am certain that you’ll love this Cajun Chicken Vegetable Skillet. Enjoy this with rice or if you want to go all the way keto and low carb, serve this with cauliflower rice instead.

Ingredients

500 grams Boneless Chicken Breast cut into small pieces

2 tbsp butter

1 medium Zucchini Cut into chunks

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Yellow Bell Pepper

2.5 tbsp Cajun Seasoning

1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice

How to make Cajun Chicken Vegetable Skillet

Step 1: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 2: Add butter and allow it to melt.

Step 3: Add Cajun seasoning and stir until well mixed.

Step 4: Add the chicken pieces. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

Step 5: Add the vegetables and stir until well mixed. Cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 6: Remove from the heat, then add lemon juice on top. Stir until well combined.

Step 7: Serve with rice. Enjoy!
