1/2 (4 tablespoons) stick salted butter, melted
6 chicken drumsticks
4 tablespoons garlic, minced or grated
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
How to make Buttery Garlic Baked Drumstick
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 2: Pat dry the drumsticks. Pull the skin over to fully cover the drumsticks.
Step 3: Add the melted butter to a bowl along with the garlic and parsley. Whisk well, then set aside.
Step 4: Using cooking spray, grease a cooking pan.
Step 5: On a baking pan, lay the chicken out. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
Step 6: Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the drumsticks for about 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, brush the drumsticks with the butter mixture. Return them to the oven and continue baking for an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Keep in mind that the cooking time varies depending on the size of the drumsticks and oven.
Step 7: Remove the chicken from the oven once their internal temperature reached 165 degrees. Allow the drumsticks to set for a couple of minutes before serving with your preferred sides or salad. Enjoy!
