2 c. broccoli, cooked and chopped
1 c. cheddar cheese
12 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 Egg
How to make Broccoli Cheese Bites
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Using a non-stick baking spray, grease the muffin tin.
Step 3: Cook the broccoli. Transfer in a food processor along with the cheese, 10 pieces Ritz cracker, and egg. Pulse until everything is combined.
Step 4: Into the prepared muffin tin, spoon the mixture to about 3/4 full.
Step 5: Sprinkle each with Ritz crackers.
Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the tops of the crackers are a bit browned and the mixture is thoroughly cooked.
Step 7: Enjoy these bites hot or at room temperature.
