YUMMY FRESH CHERRY COBBLER

To make this Yummy Fresh Cherry Cobbler, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup white sugar

2 cups pitted sour cherries

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup milk

3/4 cup white sugar

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place the butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish, and place in the oven to melt while the oven is preheating. Remove as soon as the butter has melted, about 5 minutes.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and baking powder. Mix in the milk until well blended, then pour the batter into the pan over the butter. Do not stir.

3. Rinse out the bowl from the batter, and dry. Place cherries into the bowl, and toss with the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour. Distribute the cherry mixture evenly over the batter. Do not stir.

4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. A toothpick inserted into the cobbler should come out clean.

To make this Tasty Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

4 pork chops (1/2 inch thick), trimmed

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

4 Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced

2 medium onions, sliced

3 cubes beef bouillon

3/4 cup hot water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Coat the pork chops with flour, and place in the skillet. Brown about 4 minutes on each side.

2. In a small bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle 1/2 the Parmesan cheese mixture over the pork chops. Layer chops with the potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese mixture. Top with onion slices.

3. In a small bowl, dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in hot water. Stir in the lemon juice. Pour over the layered pork chops.

4. Cover skillet, and reduce heat. Simmer 40 minutes, until vegetables are tender and pork chops have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

4 green bell peppers, tops removed, seeded

1 pound ground turkey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 onion, chopped

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 zucchini, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1 cup fresh spinach

1 (14.5 ounces) can diced tomatoes, drained

Italian seasoning to taste

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Garlic powder to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Wrap the green bell peppers in aluminium foil, and place in a baking dish. Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from heat.

3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey until evenly brown. Set aside. Heat oil in the skillet, and cook onion, mushrooms, zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and spinach until tender. Return turkey to the skillet. FABULOUS RHUBARB MUFFINS

To make these Fabulous Rhubarb Muffins, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cups brown sugar

1/3 cup white sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup buttermilk

1 1/2 cups diced rhubarb

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon melted butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 12 cup muffin pans or line with paper cups.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the brown sugar, oil, egg, vanilla and buttermilk with an electric mixer until smooth. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix by hand just until blended. Stir in the rhubarb and walnuts. Spoon the batter into the prepared cups, filling almost to the top. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, white sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of this mixture on top of each muffin.

3. Bake in the preheated oven until the tops of the muffins spring back when lightly pressed, about 25 minutes. Cool in the pans for at least 10 minutes before removing.

DELICIOUS ALMOND CRUSTED TILAPIA

To make this Delicious Almond Crusted Tilapia, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic pepper

8 (6 ounces) tilapia fillets

1 cup ground almonds

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup all-purpose flour for dusting

6 tablespoons butter

Salt to taste

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

8 sprigs parsley

8 lemon wedges

Directions:

1. Beat the eggs with the lemon pepper and garlic pepper until blended; set aside. Stir together ground almonds with 1 cup of Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish until combined; set aside. Dust the tilapia fillets with flour, and shake off excess. Dip the tilapia in egg, then press into the almond mixture.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook Tilapia in melted butter until golden brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Reduce heat to medium, and season fillets with salt if desired. Best Refreshing Lemonade

To make this Best, Refreshing Lemonade, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups white sugar

8 cups of water

1 1/2 cups lemon juice

Directions:

1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.

2. Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave the pulp. In a pitcher, stir together the chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.

“This is a simple, festive and tasty peppermint fudge. A platter was brought to a cookie trade and was gone quickly! Awesome Candy Cane Fudge that is sweet, rich and perfect for gifting!”

AWESOME CANDY CANE FUDGE

To make this Awesome Candy Cane Fudge, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

2 (10 ounces) packages vanilla, baking chips

1 (14 ounces) can sweeten condensed milk

1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

1 1/2 cups crushed candy canes

1 dash red or green food coloring

Directions:

1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminium foil, and grease the foil.

2. Combine the vanilla chips and sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until almost melted, remove from heat and continue to stir until smooth. When the chips are completely melted, stir in the peppermint extract, food coloring, and candy canes.

3. Spread evenly in the bottom of the prepared pan. Chill for 2 hours, then cut into squares.

Best Hot Tamale Pie

To make this Best Hot Tamale Pie, You’ll need the following Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Cooking spray

2 pounds ground beef

2 cups diced poblano peppers

1 teaspoon salt

1 (16 ounces) jar salsa

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper

2 (8.5 ounce) boxes dry corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy(R))

2 eggs

2/3 cup of milk, divided

4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

4 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

8 ounces frozen corn, thawed

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with cooking spray.

3. Cook and stir ground beef in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until meat starts to brown and release juices, about 5 minutes.

4. Reduce heat to medium and stir in poblano peppers, salt, salsa, oregano, and chipotle powder; cook and stir until seasoned beef is crumbly and no longer pink about 10 minutes.

5. Mix one package of corn muffin mix in a large bowl with 1 egg and 1/3 cup of milk. Whisk to combine. In a separate large bowl, mix the second package of corn muffin mix with 1 egg, 1/3 cup of milk and half the Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses.

6. Spread the prepared corn muffin mixture without cheese into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle corn over the muffin mix, followed by the remaining half of the cheeses, then the beef mixture.

7. Spoon the corn muffin mix with cheese on top of the beef and carefully spread over the top with a fork, leaving about half an inch from the edges of the pan.

8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, until golden brown.
