Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground turkey or chicken
16 ounces Alfredo sauce (jarred or homemade)
2 c. ricotta cheese
1 Egg
½ teaspoon salt, divided
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
12 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
8 ounces shredded mozzarella
How to make White Keto Lasagna
Step 1: Cook the meat in a large frying pan until brown, breaking the meat into small chunks as it cooks. When done, remove from the heat and add in the Alfredo sauce and half a tsp salt. Set aside.
Step 2: If baking right away, prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Alternately, you can place it in the fridge for up to two days before baking.
Step 3: Add the ricotta, egg, half tsp salt, garlic, and onion in another bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Step 4: In the bottom of a large casserole dish, spread half of the meat and top with half of ricotta and spinach, then sprinkle with half of the mozzarella. Do the same layers (meat, ricotta, spinach) and top with the remaining mozzarella.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
