1 pound Chicken Breast
1 White Onion Diced
2 Cans of White Northern Beans
1 Can of Whole Kernel Corn
1 10-ounces Can of Rotel
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 – 32 ounces Container of Chicken Broth
1 8 ounces Block of Cream Cheese
¼ C Half & Half or Heavy Cream

How to make White Chicken Chili Crockpot
Step 1: Combine the salt, pepper, cumin, chilli powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder in a bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2: In the bottom of the slow cooker, add the chicken breasts and sprinkle over with seasonings.
Step 3: Add on top the onion, drained beans and corn, and Rotel.
Step 4: Pour in the entire chicken broth, cover, and cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or until the chicken is fork-tender.
Step 5: Once the chicken is tender, take out of the slow cooker and shred using forks.
Step 6: Add the shredded chicken to the slow cooker, followed by the cream, cheese, and half-and-half.
Step 7: Remain cooking for 15 minutes more on high.
Step 8: Once cooked, serve with your choice of toppings.
