A meatloaf but very special. Seasoned ground beef, with a cheese log wrapped in bacon, then cooked in the grill and coated TWICE with BBQ sauce. Insanely delicious Bacon Sushi that is super easy and quick to throw together. Want more? Once cooked, cover the bacon sushi with crumbled nachos and/or roasted onions. Slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce and pickled jalapenos. Amazing, right?
