This Chicken Crunch Casserole Recipe Is Perfect For A Crowd

I have another casserole recipe I want to share with everyone. This crunchy chicken casserole has been one of my favorite casseroles for years! I started making this casserole way before I am married. To make this casserole all you need are a few basic ingredients. In under thirty minutes, you’ll have this delicious crunchy chicken casserole on your table. if you are looking to feed a crowd, this casserole is a great option. This casserole is also perfect for potlucks!

This casserole is loaded with goodness! Creamy noodles topped with crispy fried onions, then baked to perfection! I am sure that everyone will fall head over heels with this crunchy, creamy, very comforting casserole! This casserole is o doubt a must and for keeps!

INGREDIENTS

1 (10.5 ounces) can cream of chicken soup

2 c. chicken, cooked and shredded

1 c, sour cream

1 c. cheddar cheese, grated and divided

1 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 c. French fried onions

8 ounces egg noodles

How to make Chicken Crunch Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 10-inch square baking dish.

Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the noodles. When done, drain the noodles and transfer them into a large bowl.

Step 3: To the bowl with the noodles, add the chicken, sour cream, soup, garlic powder, and cheese. Toss well.

Step 4: Into the prepared baking dish, transfer the mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown and bubbly. Remove from the oven and top the casserole with the fried onions. Return to the oven and continue baking the casserole for another 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 5: Once the casserole is done, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool for about 5 minutes.

Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
