The Masters Egg Salad Homemade Recipe

Pretty straightforward, and oh-so-simple recipe that is a must! Velvety and delicious Homemade Egg Salad that calls for only five ingredients. Surely a no-fuss and require little to no effort to make, all you have to do is combine everything and viola! You’re done and this egg salad is ready to serve.

Let us celebrate the classics today or any day with this easy and quick homemade egg salad. This reminds me of the egg sandwich served in those sweet little green packages. Makes me feel nostalgic every time. If you have not tried those, it’s time to experience childhood again.

I was used to making egg salad with Greek yoghurt or avocado, and add in some celery or dill. You can call it a healthy version. This recipe slipped my mind not until my mom sent me those little green packages a few weekends ago. I missed this! I used to love this when I was little. It reminded me of my childhood.

We enjoy this on soft white bread and other times on white whole wheat sandwich bread. I call this my perfect homey snack with a glass of ice tea or freshly squeezed lemonade.

Boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and a dash of paprika combined to make this delicious, super simple Homemade Egg Salad.

Ingredients

6 hard-boiled eggs

1/3 c. mayonnaise (I use Spectrum Organic Mayonnaise with Olive Oil)

1/2 teaspoon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

Dash paprika

How to make Homemade Masters Egg Salad

Step 1: Into very small pieces, finely chop the hard-boiled eggs.

Step 2: Place the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and paprika in a medium bowl. Mix well until combined.

Step 3: To the mayonnaise mixture, add the chopped eggs and mix well to incorporate.

Step 4: Enjoy soft bread.
