Ingredients

1/2 cup Bisquick, or gluten-free Bisquick (substitute a cup of with a mix of a cup of flour, 1½ teaspoons of baking powder, half teaspoon of salt, and a tbsp of oil or melted butter)

3/4 cup sugar

4 Eggs

2 cups of milk

1 cup coconut, flaked

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon butter, softened

How to Make The Coconut Custard Pie Ever

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients (Bisquick, sugar, eggs, milk, flaked coconut, vanilla, and butter). Mix until combined.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch buttered pie pan.

Step 3: Place inside the oven. Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees until the custard sets.
