4 tbsp of Butter
4 Large Pork Chops about 1” thick, Bone-In
1 Box of Oven Fry for Pork made by Kraft Foods
1 tablespoon of Yellow Mustard
2 tablespoons of Honey
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of Vinegar, I used Red Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Paprika
3 to 4 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Minced
How to make The Best Pork Chops Ever
Step 1: Before you start prepping, allow the pork chops to sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Beat the eggs, then set them out for at least 20 minutes.
Step 3: Using paper towels, pat dries the pork chops on every side.
Step 4: To bread the pork chops, start by dipping the chops in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
Step 5: Transfer the pork chop into the oven fry and press to make the edges and every side sure is coated.
Step 6: On a plate, place the breaded pork chop. Continue with the remaining pork chops until all done.
Step 7: Line a baking sheet with foil and grease with nonstick spray. On here, place the pork chops. Meanwhile, prepare the oven and preheat it to 375 to 400 degrees.
Step 8: Over each pork chop, sprinkle a bit of the oven fry, then pat the butter. Now, place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Baking time varies depending on your oven.
Step 9: In the meantime, whisk the honey, vinegar, mustard, half the parsley, and paprika until blended to make the honey mustard glaze.
Step 10: When done, take the chops out of the oven, then drizzle with the honey mustard glaze. Return the sheet pan to the oven (do not forget to turn the oven off) and let the chops sit for about 5 to 7 minutes to warm the glaze. Keep the rest of the glaze aside for dipping.
Step 11: To serve, transfer the pork chops onto a plate and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. Enjoy with some pan-fried onions and potato fries.
