THE BEST CROCKPOT BBQ CHICKEN

PREP TIME: 5 minutes | COOK TIME: 4 hours | TOTAL TIME: 4 hours 5 minutes | SERVES: 6

You’ll love the flavour of this crockpot BBQ chicken. This is the best, easiest BBQ chicken in the world! Grilled BBQ is awesome but don’t underestimate this recipe. Melt in your mouth goodness, better flavour without you sweating over a hot grill.

One bite and I know. And the kids love and enjoy this so much. Immediately this made its way into our weekly meal rotation. This incredible slow cooker recipe is an incredible twist on your usual barbeque. Perfect for parties, potluck, or picnics. This addictive moist and delicious BBQ Chicken is a must-try and a real keeper!

Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 c BBQ sauce

1/4 c Italian dressing

1/4 c brown sugar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT BBQ CHICKEN

Step 1: Lightly season the chicken breast with a bit of sea salt each and put them in the crockpot.

Step 2: Add the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir until incorporated.

Step 3: Add this into the crockpot on top of the chicken breasts.

Step 4: Cook for about 3 to 4 hours on high.

Step 5: Serve the chicken whole or shredded.

Step 6: Use 2 forks to shred the chicken breast and place back into the pot. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.

NOTE:

Serve this on buns, over rice, in wraps or salad. You can eat it as is or on fresh rolls alongside coleslaw.
