Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 c BBQ sauce
1/4 c Italian dressing
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT BBQ CHICKEN
Step 1: Lightly season the chicken breast with a bit of sea salt each and put them in the crockpot.
Step 2: Add the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir until incorporated.
Step 3: Add this into the crockpot on top of the chicken breasts.
Step 4: Cook for about 3 to 4 hours on high.
Step 5: Serve the chicken whole or shredded.
Step 6: Use 2 forks to shred the chicken breast and place back into the pot. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes.
NOTE:
Serve this on buns, over rice, in wraps or salad. You can eat it as is or on fresh rolls alongside coleslaw.
