BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon hot sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon salt

HOW TO MAKE TENDER OVEN-BAKED BBQ RIBS THAT FALL OFF THE BONE

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 250 degrees F.

Step 2: With aluminium foil, line a large baking sheet.

Step 3: Place the brown sugar, garlic powder, granulated onion, chilli powder, paprika, salt, peppers, and cumin in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine.

Step 4: On both sides, coat the ribs with the spice blend, brush with olive oil, and transfer on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 5: Using an aluminium foil, cover the ribs and place them inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Step 6: Meanwhile, mix the barbecue sauce, garlic powder, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Split this into 2 bowls and set aside.

Step 7: Take the ribs out of the oven, flip, and baste with the juices and 1/4 barbeques sauce blend. Cover and cook for 30 minutes more.

Step 8: Turn the ribs on the side and baste again with more juices from the pan. Bake for another 30 minutes.

Step 9: With the rest of the 1/4 barbecue sauce, baste the ribs one more time. Turn on the other side, cover, and cook further (30 minutes).

Step 10: Uncover the ribs, flip once again, then coat with the juices from the pan. Cook in 10-minute increments until the meat is falling off the bones and the internal temperature of the ribs reads 145 degrees F.

Step 11: Cut the ribs apart and serve with extra sauce for dipping. Enjoy!

NOTE:

You can use your preferred barbecue sauce to baste the ribs.
