Your search ends here. You finally found the best cheeseburger Tater Tot casserole. It’s incredibly easy to make, perfect to feed an entire family, and because this is crazy delicious, I am pretty sure everybody will love it! If you have the pickiest eaters, you can also slide some veggies in it and they will not even notice!

Cheeseburger in a casserole? When I first tell my kids about it, they lost their minds! We love cheeseburgers and the idea that we can have more because it’s in casserole form is incredibly amazing! And I can make this ahead of time which is perfect especially on busy days, if I am short on time, or too tired to prep a meal. I quickly include this in my family’s favourite meal rotation because why not?

1/3 c. diced onion

1 teaspoon garlic salt

pinch salt and pepper

1/2 c. sour cream

1 – 10.5 ounces can condense cream of chicken soup

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Step 4: To the bowl, add in the salt, pepper, garlic salt, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, and milk. Mix well.

Step 5: Into the prepared casserole, transfer the mixture, spreading evenly, then top with the whole bag of tater tots.

Note:

If you want extra crispy tater tots, broil the casserole in the last five minutes of cooking.
