This easy taco pie is blowing everyone away! The delicious combination of meat, cheese, and beans keeps everyone talking. The pie crust is made with a can of refrigerated crescent rolls so anyone can surely pull this off. Making this taco pie is so much fun, and this guarantee delivers a decent and very scrumptious Mexican-inspired meal perfect for everybody!

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef ground turkey or chicken

1 8-ounces can refrigerated crescent rolls

1 cup grated cheddar cheese

2 1-ounce packages of Taco Seasoning

1 cup thawed frozen corn or canned corn drained

1 cup sour cream

HOW TO MAKE TACO PIE

Step 1: Ready the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees.

Step 2: Line the unrolled crescent rolls on a pie plate. To make the crust, seal the edges.

Step 3: Brown the beef, then drain the excess grease.

Step 4: Ready the taco seasoning according to package directions. Spoon the taco seasoning into the pie plate, then top with sour cream, corn, and cheese.

Step 5: On top of the filling, pull the edges of the crescent roll. Place in the preheated oven and bake the taco pie for approximately 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges have browned. When done, take the taco pie from the oven and allow it to cool for 10 minutes.

Step 6: To serve, slice the taco pie and enjoy with salsa and crisp green salad.

Note:

If decreasing the amount of ground meat (instead of using 1 lb), I recommend using only a packet of taco seasoning.
