6-7 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Oil
2 Garlic Cloves
¼ c Chicken Stock
2-3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
Spice Rub:
2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Smoked Paprika
½ tsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp

How to make Sweet & Spicy Boneless Chicken Thighs
Step 1: Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 2: Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken.
Step 3: Season the chicken thighs with mixed seasonings.
Step 4: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 5: Add butter and oil, then allow them to melt and become hot.
Step 6: Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds or until aromatic.
Step 7: Add the chicken thighs and cook until they turn golden brown on both sides.
Step 8: Add 1/4 of stock scrape the bottom to get the brown bits.
Step 9: Add rosemary sprig, then cover the pan. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 10: Remove the cover and simmer for 1 minute or until the sauce becomes thick.
Step 11: Serve over rice, veggies, or beans. Enjoy!
