Sauce:
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1 1/2 c. Coca-Cola

How to make Sweet and Spicy Coca-Cola Chicken Wings
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat it to 400 degrees. Using a metal rack, top 2 baking sheets, then line the third baking sheet with foil.
Step 2: Pat the chicken wings dry using a paper towel, then toss them in a bowl with olive oil. Sprinkle the wings with kosher salt and black pepper. On the prepared baking sheets, arrange the chicken wings, leaving about an inch of space between each wing.
Step 3: Place the baking sheets in the preheated oven and bake the wings for about 45 minutes to an hour until crispy and golden brown. To give the wings more, colour, you can turn the boiler on in the last 3 to 5 minutes of baking time.
Step 4: To make the sauce, place the Coca-Cola, brown sugar, tomato paste, and garlic in a medium saucepan. Stir and bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, decrease the heat and simmer the sauce. Then, stir in the hot sauce, paprika, and salt. Allow the sauce to simmer further, stirring often until the sauce has thickened. This takes another 5 to 10 minutes. If needed, season with extra salt or hot sauce.
Step 5: Remove the chicken wings from the oven when done and roll each piece in the sauce. To the prepared foil-lined baking sheet, place the coated chicken wings.
Step 6: Adjust the oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking the wings for additional 7 minutes until the glaze is set.
Step 7: Serve the chicken wings right away with extra sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
