Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 30 mins

This sweet and incredibly moist Cinnamon Roll Cake with decadent Cream Cheese frosting is my newest addiction. Warm, gooey, and delicious without the fuss!

Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup of sugar

1 1/2 cups milk

2 Eggs

1 stick melted butter

TOPPING:

2 stick butter, room temperature

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon cinnamon

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:

4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

1- 11/2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

4-6 tablespoons milk (depending on how thick you like your glaze)

How to make Sweet and moist Cinnamon Roll Cake with cream cheese frosting

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Use bakers joy to grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 3: In a mixing bowl, beat the cake ingredients (flour, salt, sugar, milk, and eggs). Gradually beat in the melted butter once the first five ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 4: Transfer the batter into the prepared pan.

Step 5: Using a beater, combine the topping ingredients (butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon). If using cold butter, I suggest microwaving it for at least 10 seconds before adding to the other ingredients.

Step 6: On the entire cake, drop the topping in small mounds and swirl or marble with a butter knife. Be very careful not to scrape the bottom of the pan.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 8: When done, remove the cake from the oven.

Step 9: Meanwhile, ready the glaze. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and little by little tbsp of milk until you reached your desired consistency.

Step 10: Over the slightly warm cake, pour the glaze and let the glazed cake cool for at least 30 minutes.
