The whole clan is coming over this weekend for a simple potluck. We have not done it for a long time, and we are all overly excited! Great company, good food, and lots of games for the kids. I want our weekend to be as great as before, so I am making these fun stuffing sausage balls for an appetizer. I know they will love it! Christmas is going to be early this year, thanks to these superb balls!

Prepping does not have to be stressful, so I always look for recipes I can make in a breeze. And these stuffing sausage balls fit the bill. Incredibly easy and quick to throw together, making this the perfect no-fuss appetizer. If you are like me who want to keep things simple, then this is going to be a great addition to your favourites.

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Jimmy Dean Refrigerated – Roll Sausage

8 slices Wright Brand Hickory Smoked Bacon, cooked and diced

6 oz. Dry Stuffing Mix (ready according to instructions)

3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

HOW TO MAKE STUFFING SAUSAGE BALLS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. And using parchment paper, line a baking sheet. Set aside.

Step 2: In a large bowl, place the sausage, cooked bacon, cooked stuffing, and cheese. Mix well until completely combined.

Step 3: Roll the mixture into about a heaping tbsp of each ball, tightly packing them, so they hold together when baking.

Step 4: On the prepared baking sheet, place the sausage balls. Then, put in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes until completely cooked.
